Eagle One Support
For help with Eagle One, including dining menus, shuttle arrivals, homework reminders, calendar sync, notifications, or deleting your data, email charlie@charliebieger.com. Messages are answered by the developer, usually within a couple of days.
You can also send a report from inside the app: Settings › Send Feedback. That form reaches the same inbox and arrives with the app version, which usually saves a round trip.
Deleting your data
Open Settings › Delete All Data in the app. This permanently removes your courses, assignments, profile and preferences from the iPhone and, when the iPhone is signed in to that iCloud account, from your private iCloud database. It cannot be undone, and no account survives it, because Eagle One has no account to begin with.
If the app is already deleted from your device and you want anything you sent us removed, email the address above.
Common questions
The dining menu looks wrong or is missing
Menus come from Boston College Dining and are published by them, not by us. If a hall is missing a meal, it usually means nothing has been posted for that day yet. Pull down on the list to refresh.
A shuttle arrival was wrong
Arrival times are estimates from TransLoc combined with the app's own record of when buses have actually reached each stop. They are predictions and can be wrong or unavailable, especially outside regular service hours.
Reminders are not arriving
Check iOS Settings › Notifications › Eagle One, and that a reminder time is set on the assignment. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they do not require a network connection.
Homework is not showing in Calendar
Calendar sync writes to a dedicated “Eagle One Homework” calendar. Make sure that calendar is visible in the Calendar app, and that Eagle One has calendar access in iOS Settings.
